Old Wattyl Factory

Overview

Ballast Point engaged Decotec to manage the demolition works associated with the repurposing of an old Wattyl Paint Factory. The project included full and partial demolition of several buildings, sheds and machinery, some of which containing asbestos. In addition to maintaining high quality and safety standards, Decotec prioritise environmental sustainability. All of the concrete hardstand and mezzanine was processed using a crusher so that the material could be recycled onsite.
